800L inox sanitary reactor stirred tank with mixer stainless steel
Configuration of tank:
Our stainless steel reaction tank is composed of the head, shell, jacket, agitator, gear and bearing seal, etc.
The parts which contacts with materials are 304 and 316L stainless acid-resisting steel plate. As the users’ production process and operating conditions vary, types of jacket heating divide into forms of electric heating, steam heating and oil cycling heating.
Seal device is packing seal or mechanical seal. Stirring device has anchor, paddle, worm-type, push, and frame type.
This equipment can be used for different processes like hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation and evaporation in many fields such as pharmacy, chemistry, foodstuff, light industry and etc.
The reactor is generally made of SUS304, SUS316L stainless steel. Several mixing types are available such as anchor type, frame type and blade type. It adopts cycloidal pinwheel type decelerator and variable-speed type decelerator as its agitation system.
And the type of mechanical sealing is adopted for its sealing device; and the structure of jacket or half-pipe or coil pipe is available for its heating and cooling system.
Several heating modes are available to be chosen from such as steam heating, electric heating and heating by heat conductive oil in order to meet different technological requirements under different working environments where acid and alkaline resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-abrasion or anti-corrosion is required respectively.

Material of the tank:
(a)Inner tank stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L),jacket layer carbon steel (Q235-B),rust preventing paint outside;
(b) All stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L).

Application:
It can be used as the reacting tank in paint, emulsion, adhesive, petroleum can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine and food industry. Used to achieve curing, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process. Food procession, cosmetics production, chemical industry, dyeing and printing facilities, essence and fragrant substance production, fine chemical industry, emulsification of diesel oil and pitch.
Packaging
The reactor will be packed by standard wooden case.
